Need feedback on our site... continued

Hi guys, after reading your comments to my previous posting on this group
regarding feedback on my site, I have decided to re-write the site from
scratch.

Please give me your feedback. The site is (http://www.biz-guidelines.com)
(any comments welcome, good or bad)

My questions are:

1.. On the first viewing, is the subject clear?
2.. Does it sound like a good quality site. does it motivate you?
3.. What didn't you understand? What other info do you need?
4.. Was it user friendly, could you navigate around the site easily?
5.. Any recommendations on improving it to grab your attention even more?
6.. About the fonts, are they ok... size... type... color...

Oh! and by the way, I know that I have to change the author's pic for a more
appropriate one... and will do later.
