Need a CD to sign up customers to a VISP

TIA to anybody that can help me.

I'm lost. I've got the job of increasing the customer base for a V-ISP.
It seems that they've just started, and offer unlimited dialup service
throughout the US and Canada.

Surprisingly, they don't have a signup CD. They outsourced a company to
provide auto credit-card processing, and another to provide signups
through the Web. They want to make things as easy as possible, because
their "ideal" customer is "Grandma", that just wants to see pictures of
the grandkids... (Go figure.)My concern is making a CD that will keep
support calls to a minimum.

As a result of reading this group, I think I need to use Microsoft's
IEAK, but I'm not sure. I downloaded and installed it, and got some ID
number from Microsoft by email, but that's all.

I've looked over the IEAK, and haven't got the faintest clue as to what
info they need or what choices I should make.

I think that I need some definite hand-holding (or at least a shove) in
the right direction.
