Mac software for site mapping/story-boarding?

I'm looking for a good tool (for Mac OSX) that I can use to prepare
site maps before I build web sites. Need something that allows me to
create a clear diagram that I can present to my customers as part of a
project proposal.

Prepare an HTML document in your favorite text editor. Make use of
unordered lists, line items and CSS. That is what a site map is as far as
I know.
Perhaps I misunderstood your question. I'm a Mac guy by the way. OSX in
two weeks. I can hardly wait! You might check out
