Prepare an HTML document in your favorite text editor. Make use of
unordered lists, line items and CSS. That is what a site map is as far as
I know.
Perhaps I misunderstood your question. I'm a Mac guy by the way. OSX in
two weeks. I can hardly wait! You might check out
