Looking to buy website (template)

Hi, Im looking to put up a community site with forums, different
levels of access, news, polls, maybe shopping cart functionality etc.
I have been told to try PHP nuke, but there is learning curve there I
dont have time for, so I'd like to buy a template which I can
immediately start editing. I dont need a domain name. Thanks.
