Need a menu with drop downs that can go over form elements

Hello. I was for the longest time using allwebmenus pro for my menus
then all of a sudden I upgraded and the form elements on my page are no
longer covered by the menu. The 24 hour support for the menu program
has gone completely silent and will not answer my pleas for help-nice
since their upgrade was supposed to solve all those nasty form element
problems. Is there such a thing as a drop down menu that will fall
above the form elements necessary for the site. I can't move the form
elements or the menu. I've tried a pure css menu with the same results.
I've tried a transparent iframe with completely hides the form-doesn't
seem to be transparent at all. I'm not a javascripter so speak slowly
and don't use big words if this is the solution. Thanks in advance, no
really I've pulled out most of my hair trying to solve this problem.
