Layout looks fine in all browsers, except for Firefox! HELP?!?

Hello,
My layout is located here: http://usawarez.com/main.htm . The
problem that I am facing is due to the Firefox browser. Whenever you
view my site in IE or for the most part any other browser, it is
aligned perfectly. But when viewed in Firefox is isn't aligned. Some
of the frames are off to the right and the footer text isn't aligned
where I want it to be either... I have tried to center everything so
that it works with Firefox, but when I do, it makes it uncentered on
IE. I can't win. Can someone please help. I would be very greatfull.
