I need a site like NoNags or TuCows

Hi,

I want to host a site where users can download software. I want the
visitor to be able to search by windows/linux and
freeware/shareware/commercial and by topics graphics/internets/mp3/etc

(preferably either windows/freeware/games or windows/games/freeware as
he prefers)

Something like NoNags or TuCows would be ideal.

Users should be able to rate programs and sort by ratings, see most
popular downloads, etc

Now, I could code this with Php & MySql, but I would prefer to
concentrate on content, rather than site management.

Soooo ... does such a thing exist already - as freeware, as a template
where I just plug my data in?

Something like one of the PHP (free) CMS packages, like phpNuke, would do
the trick I think. You would have to tweak it to suit your needs though but
this seems to be straightforward.

(p.s. I don't mean to sound like a phpNuke salesman or anything :-) Just it
seems like a good option for this!)
