Default How do you cope with work overload? - 10-30-2007 , 04:35 AM

As the key decision-maker at your web development company, how do you
handle situations like work overload, short-term staff shortages, etc?
How do you plan to tackle the upcoming holiday season's increased
workload?

If you already outsource work, you would know how difficult it can be
to find capable and reasonably priced talent to choose from.

Have you tried Freelancers At Large yet?
--> It's free
--> Just submit your project and immediately start receiving bids
from companies & freelancers worldwide
--> Gain access to service providers from around the world in an
instant
--> Choose your ideal partner from a vast talent pool
--> Substantially reduce the time it takes to outsource

Do have a look at http://www.FreelancersAtLarge.com and discover an
efficient way to outsource. Posting of projects is always free. You
only pay a small commission once you select a freelancer.

** As a personal welcome gesture for this community's members, we will
upgrade your first project to "Featured" free of cost. **

Remember, outsourcing works to your advantage as it reduces costs,
improves your efficiency and increases business focus.

We look forward to seeing your projects on http://www.FreelancersAtLarge.com.

I've tried 3 times to find freelancers on a similar web site. None of
them did the job. They just lost my time. I lost two months in the
game

Charles.
