Help creating a css for ilayer

Hello,
I created a website with a ilayer tag which is only good for netscape. And
the problem that I am having is that I want to validate my website. Of
course this will not work because I have a ilayer tag which is not
exceptiable to the w3. From what I have heard is that it is possible to
create a ilayer in a css. I was wondering does anyone have a example on how
to do this. Here is the code I have:

cross posting you (and others) are not aware of that.

Your signature delimiter is broken, it should be "-- " (note the
trailing space).

I guess it was my turn.

By your reply, I imagine you did not see the identical post in
comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets where he was already given
answers to his question. If you had spent your valuable time replying
and giving an answer, only to find out later the question was already
answered yesterday, wouldn't you be somewhat miffed?
