I'm working on a photo-blog site. Right now it has no graphics or logo.
I find the white background nice for showcasing photos, and will
probably leave the page that shows an individual photo free of any other
graphics. For the pages with blog entries and thumbnails, however, I
think some graphic design would be appropriate. I'd like to make a
minimal design with an unobtrusive logo, but would like to see examples
of this done right.
So far www.photo.net is the only example I've looked at that isn't too
gaudy. Can anyone point me at other decent examples? |

This fellow has a PHP blog site, available for download. It's skinable,
so if you're wanting code, perhaps one to look at. In terms of personal
preference, I don't care much for his colour scheme, and sorry, I don't
have any ideas in regards to that. Everything colour wise can be changed
easily enough.
