Well, one could complain that the referenced site is entirely cryptic
about just what they're trying to get people to sign up for... there's
just an input field that apparently wants an e-mail address, and a
complete absence of explanatory text... the only other links I could
see are "mailto" links. If you fill in the form, or send mail with
the "mailto", you'll be providing the site maintainer with your e-mail
address (to put on a spam list, perhaps?), in the hopes that you
might, if the site developer chooses, actually get some kind of
response with a clue as to what it is you're trying to sign up for.
