Finding a designer

Hello

I'm creating a website for a local charity on a voluntary basis but I'm
struggling to come up with a decent design. Would anybody be interested
in helping me out? I couldn't pay very much because I'm not receiving
any payment from the organisation, but on the other hand the site has
very simple requirements.

Plus...He's not paid for his job but he's actively searching for a
professional who he intends to pay. Gimme a break
