Default Final check! - 03-07-2004 , 02:27 PM

Hi all,
I finally finished my portfolio at www.256greys.com .
This should be the final version, and since I'm gonna send it around to
get a job, I'd appreciate if you could check if everything is working
for you..

Suggestions, comments and critiques are welcome.

Ciao,
Marco

" To experience it in its intended form you must have a PC, IE 5 or more,
and the flash plug-in. "

In other words, "I don't know how to make a cross-platform compatible site
and am content in driving away millions of potential visitors"

Then, I get into a site that has hardly any content with a little tiny
viewport that fails to let me use about 90% of my gorgeous, expensive 1400
pixel-wide monitor.

The Muppets made me laugh, so did this site. Once I strapped my 20*70
binoculars onto my napper I could actually see what was going on, although I
didn't really understand it. Then again who will. Although I wouldn't get
too disheartened since all the comments appear perfectly valid. Just try
again with a little more thought. The recommended reading list from Amazon
would do you good. Oh another thing, WEB ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES... are you
really being fair on all web users??? Maybe you can get a job designing
interactive matchboxes

It's perfect.

You're a clueless muppet who is impressed by this sort of gewgaw, and
the site communicates this perfectly. As many clients are equally
clueless, I'm sure this site will bring you lots of work.

I have a suggestion: Put in real content!

I just get an image and a bunch of crap about a PC (got it), IE 5 (doesn't
run on my OS, but I do have Web browsers installed here), and the Flash
plug-in (not installed here on purpose, it's nothing but a vector for
crap).

But hey, if you like standing in the unemployment line, that's not *my*
problem. Enjoy it.
