Sorry! For some reason, SeaMonkey just sent that message before I was
done writing! Geez.

If you're using SeaMonkey, how come your "specs" only demand
compatibility with IE?

Um, for all the people who visit my pages using IE6 and lower?

Oh! Maybe you ask because I didn't list in my OP any other browser than
IE6 and lower. I suppose I should have clarified by saying that it
should be cross-browser functional INCLUDING working on IE6 and lower
without using javascript.

Requisites

1. Horizontal drop-down multi-level menus
2. No javascript
3. Employ position:fixed for menus
4. Works with IE6, IE6- would be nice but not needed

Any thoughts?

what I'm doing for can be seen at the URL in my sig. It works unless
javascript is turned off in IE6-

Nope. It's right there --->

It seems Raja is using yet another one of those dammed usnet-stealing
websites that pass off the stolen usenet posts as their own. The ones that
make it almost impossible to carry out a proper threaded conversation.

This one is particularly nasty. Nowhere that I have found yet is there any
mention of usenet. The closest is a disclaimer in the copyrigt notice:

"This website includes both content owned or controlled by Advenet as well
as content owned or controlled by third parties."

I assume the "third parties" mean us, the usenet users.
