Big glitch, can't decide if CSS or JScript problem

at the top should be on the horizontal blue bar.

The code's a bit of a mess, so it's hard to figure out what's going on in a
tangle of <div>s and <table>s. On Firefox, the blue bar is hidden behind
the white "Vector" bar - I don't think that's what you're describing above.

Fonts are way too small, and the layout breaks if I try to resize them. As
it stands, "Documentation" and "Requirements" overflow the sidebar.

My suggestion would be to start again, and recreate the layout fluidly
using CSS layout only, leaving tables for tabular data.
