Bad Page Design

Would this page qualify as 'Bad Design of the Month'?

My immediate concerns with it started when they
put an applet to display there 'kewl' mist/bird
thingy when I just wanted the friggin' prices.

Then looking at the source more closely I
realized their styles had (just) missed the
head, and that even sillier than the applet
based presentation itself (which, in parts is
writing '&nbsp;' amongst the text..) is the
bit that ...
a) writes the applet tag if JS is available, else
b) it writes a <IMG> tag pointing to a 1x1 img,
and the tiny 'text only' link to nowhere useful.

Those prices are right below the mist/bird thingy...
In small print.
What I did find strange though, is that I clicked "text only" in
the top left corner, and got to a text only version with hardly
any information at all, other than their phonenumber.
No prices.
