save and continue in forms and accessibility

Hi,

I'm building a set of forms and want to include a save and continue
button as part of the form. I also want to include a prompt to ask
users if they want to save the form if they click on a link that takes
them away from the page. This link will be (unobtrusive) javascript
making accessibility compromised. Is the fact that the functionality
to save is already part of the form enough, if I also make it clear
using the noscript tag that users without javascript must save the
form before navigating away from the page?
