On Yahoo, can I still submit ?

Hello,
I've found out that my website was found by Yahoo.
I didn't submit it yet, since I'm working on better keywords and
stuff...
Ca I still submit my home page with changes in Title tag, meta
description and a new text on the top of the page ??

I suspect that your site is being listed on Yahoo! because it's been indexed
by Google - if that is the case, Google will refresh its cache of your site
when it next spiders.

Can we have a URI?
