In the last two months, my site's alexa ranking drop very fast, from
400,000 to 1,000,000.
I do not know whethere there is any adjust with alexa ranking rule and
policy.

Have you uninstalled the toolbar?
Perhaps they're stopping people inflating their own rank?

alexa is worthless. It does not give you true results. It's no good at
all for marketing purposes. And to top it all, you have spyware.

Wake up and dump it.

The movement from 400,000 to 1,000,000 is insignificant because it's
statistically meaningless. For one the one millionth spot, you probably need
a handful of visitors with spyware per day.
