why fluctuation in site keyword.

I have site for seo. But i already done all activity but my website
is not performe good on keyword ranking our website keyword is down
and down every day in google.please any tips for my website please
describe me. i write my website jobs portal related website. this
website main keyword is
hotel jobs but this ranking every day fluctuation in google.

One consideration might be to move your blog on the same domain as
your main site. I was watching a Matt Cutts youtube and he
recommended something like that. I found YouTube a pretty good source
for Matt Cutts ideas.
