The reason you may not get an answer here is that it is frowned upon by
Google to "Sell" links from high ranking pages.

The best approach is to tfind high ranking pages in your niche and write to
the owners asking for a link, perhaps in exchange for a link to their site
from yours.

You may also find that many of these sites have advertising programs that
you may fit right into.
