I was last here years ago and there was a buzz of activity. Now it is dead, What happened? Did SEO die or did everyone go elsewhere? |

Can't answer for everyone, but my take on it is that most people have realized that the best way to improve SEO is to have lots of relevant content. All of the "experts" that used to inform us of "tricks" to improve our SEO results and worrying about things like "the Google dance" are probably now busy adding content to their websites. |

I write neural network software. A search for "neural network software" has found my best selling product in the Google top ten for years. I've never done any SEO at all. All I have done is keep my web sites updated. Steve |

All my products have different web sites. A search for "neural network software" will find EasyNN-plus, which is my best selling product. The last time I checked it was at number two in Google. Paul wrote: Did SEO die or did everyone go elsewhere? Got fed up with the spam. I connect to newsgroups through news.individual.net. It's 10 dollars (or maybe 10 euros, I forget) a year and I rarely see any spam in this newsgroup nor in any of the others I follow. It's a bargain for that price. I now go to Webmaster World - when I get time that is. |
