Trading links?

Hey all,
You know I'm sitting here thinking about an easy way to get more in
bound links and then it hits me, this whole entire newsgroup would be a
great place to get a bunch of link partners. I have 2 sites I'd like to
experiment with this idea. One has no PR (http://www.cougarsearch.com) and
one has a PR of 3. (http://www.bigletterlist.net/) Anyone up for trading
