On my site with ASP pages, I have dynamically generated links to get search results. These links change due to pricing and product changes regularly. If there's an error on the site, an email is generated and sent to me. Today I'm getting a bunch of link errors. This could only be caused by 1 of 2 ways. Either a user bookmarked these generated links last week which are now expired, or google archived them and is now trying to use them. Is the later possible? |

I would hope that google would come back and re-initiate a path, instead of using old links. |

How old is "old"? If your links keep dying like this, I expect Google is going to regard your site rather unfavourably. |
