Default Spidering Web Page Monitoring Service/Software - 06-30-2003 , 04:40 PM

Hello Group,

I have been lurking here for awhile and I wanted to thank everyone for the
wonderful information you make available. In this competitive business
climate, it is refreshing to see people helping people so freely. I am also
impressed with the patience that some of the industry veterans here have
displayed with newbie questions. So, here's mine:

I am interested what is available on the cutting edge in web page monitoring
software or services. Currently I am using a few free services, that are okay,
except I have to list every page on a website and I often run into unsupported
frame sets etc. (I know, what do you expect for free?). In sum, I want to be
able to plug in the homepage of a site and be able to monitor every change it
and all the related pages make on a daily basis.

Do you think Google will let loan me their bots for awhile ? Thanks in
advance for any thoughts.

i think the leading service in this case is mercuryinteraktiv.com
why?
the can monitor all transactions you want. as deep as you want. and this
from diffrent places in the world! this is very important cause the quality
of ispīs is very diffrent with a global view.

a second is keynote.com . they are good too. much cheaper but with less
points of measure in the world.
