Paid inclusion is probably the best way to guarantee that you will be listed
and have your web site re-indexed every 48 hours. This is great if you do
allot of updates. Inktomi no longer does this. but askjeeves does.

But only on the engines that support it. it is of no help in Google. For
Google, just get a link from a site with a PR of 4/10 or better adn you
should be indexed in 24-48 hours.
