Some google question

Hello

I launched a new site last week. www.studentssearch.com

It has been crawled and shows up when you search for the name.

My questions are

(1) Will Google penalize this site for being a search directory. I know they
don't like link lists.

(2) Will Google penalize my site for being dynamic (php). I do have a static
html version with a link at the bottom of the page. But I only rebuild the
static version every month.

I did try to post this message via google groups to their support group but
got loads of error but then I found this newsgroup. I hope some one will be
able to answer these for me.
