Sitepronews - utter crap or beneficial?

Just had an email from site pro news saying that it will reveal Google's
secrets, gives me the best SEO options and so on.

In a nutshell, is this organisation no better than a selling spammer or do
they actually know what they are talking about?

What site really tells you as it is?

If you just got this email, without asking and it's bulk, you can be sure
they are spammers.

It's actually an advert that SPN carrys. I wouldn't bother with it if
I were you. Anything that claims to offer secrets is crapola. There
are no secrets, only unwelcome truths.

One of those news sites where adverts and news can get confused. I
don't recommend it - I've rarely seen so badly written articles.
