Site front page rework review/crit

Once again - www.paris-tours.info

Further to previous post I've reworked the front page - I'm aiming for
'Paris Tours' and variations on the theme - however it looks a bit spammy to
me as it stands?

I hadn't, but looking at it, it looks like tumbleweed is blowing through
there!

Have you looked at your site in firefox ?

It displays a lot differently than it does in IE.
