Google Not Finding Internal Links

Google is not finding the internal links on my site, while Yahoo has
no problem finding the internal links. Does anyone know why? The
site is built with Drupal 5.2.

The address is www.bridgebeyond.com

I do. it's at http://www.bridgebeyond.com/sitemap.xml but it doesn't
seem to help.

Have you signed up for google Webmaster Tools?
