Search engine submission companies?

How can any search engine submission companies claim to submit your URL and
get your site listed with major search engines these days when most all of
the big players have gone to Overture Site Match and other similar programs?
Most of the large search engines do not except submissions anymore. What
about this so called submission software does it even work anymore? I doubt
it.

Get a few IBL's from sites that have a Google PR of 4 or better and you will
be indexed by all that really matter automatically.

It may take a few months but it will happen for free.
