i have good ranking on all search engines but i saw that i am loosing
ranking on few keywords.

i need to get rank on these keywords back.

what are the basic funda of maintaning web site rank.

what do we do in that case.

i want to learn ranking maintenance for long term.

Tweaking the content when you notice that you slipped on a couple.
Getting a couple or so more backlinks may help.

SEO doesn't stop once you get good or decent rankings as the
algorithems change slightly and/or new sites are indexed that may be
competiting with you on some of those keywords.
