SEO and frames

I want my page to be found of curse. Hence the following: doe anyone have
excperience with the use of frames in the following manner

sources say that you can use the <Noframe>-tag to put in the links your site
has
My solution: use FrontPAge and the technique of "included pages".


The idea is that aal content of a small page is readabele to a spider in the
first page, maintanance of one page does not affect the structure and
keywords are correct for the whole page with no keyword-flooding.

Did anyone do this before and has experience on the outcome of what
search-engine do with this setup?

I've found that frames are never necessary, and any benefit they porovide
is offset by a bigger problem.

Two advantages exist. One is that a pane does not need to be re-downloaded
each time, but this can be alleviated by keeping the download light. The
second is that navigation is always present, but as scrolling is one of
the simplest most universal skills on a computer, it's hardly likely a
user will have "lost" the navigation.

Now factor in the problems related to bookmarking and how the user will
find navigation when they come to the unframed page, and it's clear that
even though you can get Google to index your framed pages, the work you
need to do to make it usable enough for the humans is a wasted effort.

The noframes element can be indexed by Google, but more ideally, you never
need to use it because you abandon framesets.
