Search Engine List

Anyone know of other lists with search engine descriptions, guides,
tips, etc.?

We have a fairly big list of search engines and directories that we
share at www.best-free-search-engine-list.com. We are the only ones
that I know of that will let you download the lists in 7 different
formats including Excel, dBASE, ASCII, HTML, Word, and others.

Using our list you should be able to submit your site to about 180
different search engines, directories, and speciality sites. No FFAs,
link farms, or junk sites, although there may be a few that are not
very good.
