They supply results to Lycos, and some Scandanavian search engines.
Not a bad SE, but apparently few users at the moment.

The Fast search engine, for which alltheweb.com is the demonstration engine,
is a major player. It is now owned by Yahoo/Overture, and powers a number of
other engines, including Lycos. It also provides some backfill for Espotting
in the UK and is well established in Europe.

Generally, the results are comparable to Google's in terms of quality, IMHO.
They use a progressive weekly update system to refresh chunks of the
database.
