We have just launched a new site and it has a links directory. If
anyone wishes to reciprocate then please feel free to add you site,
especially usefull for those that want to make good use of including
keywords in your back links

the one that exchanges links with you.

link farm: which could result in sites linking to you getting penalised
with a PR0.

....Google whacks this as a link farm. Which is quite possible the way
this is being done.

offering general link exchange in google groups is a form of spam that
will get little to no response. the only people who will link to that
site will be the ones who do not understand the basics of the
internet...their sites will probably be linking into other low quality
sites and getting the old PR0 spam penalty
