your keyword density is fair.
The multiple <h1> tags on a page might be seen as keyword stuffing by
Google. Also, put your <h1> tagged text near the top of the HTML source
-- ditch the tables and use CSS to format the content to get your
header text where you want it.
Create categories for your content and cut down on the links on your
index page. At a minimum, move those links to the bottom of the HTML
source -- again, using CSS to place those sidebars where you want them.
