Well, I visited the site. Homepage looks overcrowded, and the bar tabs
don't fit the screen - on 1024*768 (Opera) they are on the left side only,
ending abruptly. It doesn't add to confidence that the site content may be
interesting. As someone already stated - first impression is what counts
most.
