This is marketing, Iggy. You need a pop-under script that offers a
survey "Please, what was wrong with my site, what were you looking for
that you couldn't quickly see?" Also, you have to get this book called
Blink by the guy who wrote The Tipping Point, because it's about that
kind of thinking.

Read it then, I would. Also hunt down Larry Chase and subscribe to his
newsletter. Go through the back issues. Frankly I have troubles with
Larry because almost every newsletter could keep me occupied for about
a year. I Don't Have Time!
