getting meta/keyword tag data

Is there some software out there (I know the search engines do this)
that can retrieve ONLY the "keywords" list from a given URL. I want to
make a list of keywords found in certain web sites, but can't spend the
time doing this by hand.

Any help much appreciated.

this is easy using perl, cpan.org has HTML::Parser which will do this nicely
