PPC management in European languages

A large client has asked me if I can help him with ppc management of
campaigns in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Italian and Spanish
(Oh, and English...)

I can do English and even American (different language!) ppc, but I don't
see how you can manage ppc campaigns in languages you don't know! (I only
have German & French, and both are rusty)

Thing is, I'm not sure if ppc management in many languages is something
even the big UK agencies do well (I am reasonably confident that anything
would be better than what they have now!)

Any recommendations / ideas / volunteers ??? (If volunteering: you will
need good spoken and written English and to be able to demonstrate real
experience managing decent sized campaigns in this area: sorry, but I am
not looking for eager beginners on this one).
