Can you recommend any tool to analize keyword density (and related
factors)

I will recommend my own tool then :

I should mention that wihile it can analyze link distribution within a site
-- it still does not automate search for inbound links from other sites (!)

I'm using a firefox pluggin, but I'd like somehting more automated...
