There is your problem straight away..

Frames a no no.. now I am not too sure, but I think you should have no
problems using DHTML for frames... don't use Iframe's just yet a lot of
browsers have trouble rendering them properly

If you got to a clients site (demo being launched next week) you can view
the dhtml and iframes in operation
