Don't waste your time folks.

I put my defense shields up, it downloaded quick, installed cleanly. Then
went to start it but it doesn't do anything, it just sat there and stares at
me. No help, no instructions. Then I clicked the language icon and chose
english and the software came alive. It opened up what looks like their web
site again but in a fancier browser. No instruction, no help, just a login
form, a contact us, home link and a forget passwork link.

Doesn't do anything until you contact them I guess to find out what it does.

If the question is : "How do i submit my URL ..." using the software at
question, the answer is : I don't know.

If the question is : "How do i submit my URL ..." to the search engines,
then the answer is to perform a combination of these two things. First
encourage the search crawlers to find your web site from links off of other
web sites. Secondly, if that fails, hand submit using their search
submission form.

It's actually a waste of time.
Much better to get links to your site (for example, from quality
directories), and let the SEs find you for themselves.

If you have no links, being listed will not help your site get found - and
it is likely to fall out of the listings, anyway.
