You make it sound so easy Armando.

You haven't highlighted the dangers of getting caught, like
having your site de-indexed, page rank dropped to 0 and as for
the penalty for 2 pop-ups, well that's a whole new thread in it's
own right.

I'll leave cloaking to the experts like fantomaster.
