Sorry about that.
But when a person says:

Its pretty obvious that they need deeper advice than just being told how
to
include meta tags.
They might have gone away, changed the meta tags and then sat waiting for
google to find them for months before coming back to ask why it wasn't
working.

Sound META tags are still of value today, you just cannot use them alone to
get #1 rankings in Google (Like we did two years ago..sigh).

Proper META Tags are still smart to do.

ALL of the sites that we have hit #1 in Google, AOL, MSN, Yahoo and Alta
Vista for have had META tags.
While some say they are no longer useful, that only applies to certain
engines, others still use elements of them.

I woudln't dispute that for a second but the OP state that:
