changes to their cycle.

I have a way of immediately detecting changes and it involves your script,

I did a similar thing to watch my ebay auctions, a while ago.

Yesterday, I noted a strange thing. PR of one of my minor pages
changed from normal 6 to 3. In the morning, it was 6 again. Right now,
it is 3 again.

I noticed a change too. For the first time in weeks, my 'diff' file was not
void this morning. It contained a PR change in one of my minor pages.

The page is http://igor.chudov.com/stump/, it is a copy of
http://www.algebra.com/~ichudov/stump/ (PR6).

It probably ought to change back, unless IBL's have been depleted.
