Florida 11/16 ?

I keep reading about the new Google algorithm.

I manage a bunch of sites ( 10 or so ) - I could see no difference in
ranking in any of them -
Nor is saw any tangible traffic change afte 11/16.

As far as I am concerned the Google algo is the same in essence.
Maybe they twicked some parameters that effected only a percentage of sites
and my sites were not effected by those change.
