problem. 1 link to a bad neighborhood is harmless, a dozen may not be.
In any case, if the sites you point to are all "natural" (no
link-farming strategies etc.) there's no worries even with 11 links.
Pretty much every blog has more than 11 links in the navigation and
it's simply nothing that would ever be punished on its own (and why
should it?).
