That would have been a nice subject, instead of "How??"

No inbound links.
Don't check with Google:

Not great content either.
Content is a different matter. One PR6 ibl could have made that PR4 happen.
So just one IBL.

Hmmm... BL is Back Links, I always felt that I stands for Incoming,
but then Incoming Back Link sounds like tautology.

The terminology is a bit confused.

IBL - inbound links (as opposed to outbound links)
BL - backlinks

both are of course the same thing.

It /is/ confusing, as those are two separate systems of namegiving.

I first learned the acronyms
IBL-inbound links
OBL-outbound links

Then when I saw the BL abbreviation in this group I was confused as to
the existence of "-bound links"? :-)

The terminology is a bit confused.
Also regards terminology, why do SEOs use the word 'spam'? In general
useage spam = unsolicited email, from the Monty python sketch where spam
is served with every meal (ie. you always get junk-mail with the mail
you want).

Spamming to SEOs seems to mean anything that might be considered
'black-hat' (Keyword stuffing, redirects, cloaking etc.) , but to me
these seem to have no logical connection with the common usage of 'spam'
or it's etymology.

Mikkel is correct in the terminology of what that stands for.

But, backlinks sounds good also. They are both the same if you look at it
that way.:-) Pretty soon there will be IL's, incoming links or maybe
confused with IL's internal links, OL's outgoing links or EL external links.
